Fixing Stuff around yourself 🙂

This is my room.

Before

Every thing is disorganized even bedsheet. No thing is on his place.There is dust as well

After

I clean my room by myself by putting all things on their desired place. Clean the dust.A person is recognize how he kept his things and how he manage them.

My mother really appreciated me and said do it everyday and be responsible. And Next time , I will be more responsible and keep all my things on their desired place after using. The feeling was very pleasant. 😃

Before

This is elephant Plant ☘️. Due to Lack of water, its leaves are now turning yellow. Plants demand care.

After

I gave water to plant . And cut the yellow leaf. Nature heal us. 🌱

The goal of leadership without authority is to get others to willingly cooperate and engage, rather than following directives because you’re the boss.

If you have no authority you can use them to lead through influence;

1.Build Trust: Trust Comes First. There is nothing more important than trust.

2.Create Alignment: The Power of Communication.

3.Cultivate Momentum: Take Action And Others Will Follow.

4.Inspire Belief: Find The Greater Purpose.

In my previous Activity like clean my bedroom etc , it’s an example of leadership without authority. It bring in myself a positive change. And now I realized a person must be organized. He should do such action’s that bring easiness to other’s lives as well. ☺️
