Memories Forever
My Amal Journey is the best experience of my life. I have now a bunch of great memories collected throughout my fellowship journey. The last session of the fellowship was different from all the previous sessions. But it was interesting too. In the last session, almost everyone was emotional. But on the other hand, I am happy to have a social network of such amazing people. Amal transformed my shy and reserved personality positive thinker and growth mindset.
In the first part of the last session, we were encouraged to share our life stories. Some of the fellows gave us some advice for the future, some shared their experiences and some of the strongest fellows shared their emotional stories. Their stories were full of emotions. It was the best part of the session as it developed in us the feelings of empathy for one another.
The second part of the session was very interesting. The activity was a game known as a Scavenger hunt. It was a riddle-solving activity. We completed various tasks by working in teams. We were supposed to complete 25 tasks in 30 minutes and our team won by completing 20 tasks. I really enjoyed playing this game.
Uplifting activities are really important in everyone’s life. Following are few important key advantages of these activities.

2.Increases creativity
3.Improves and enlarges the social circle and network
4.Helps in healing of emotional wounds
Amal Academy made me learn the skills to climb off our career hurdles and be successful through a well-developed personality and success begins when we come out of our comfort zone. I will miss those beautiful faces with smiles, breakout room activities, DIY activities, PWs, gratitude from Amal fellows, mega projects, constructive feedback from facilitators, group discussions.
I learned too much from this Fellowship i.e. how to become a most valuable team player (MVTP), leadership without authority, Time management techniques like Pomodoro Technique, Eisenhower Matrix, Productivity in work, superhero Resume, Cover Letter, showing gratitude, and much more. I have started implement all things and lessons that I learned from Amal Academy in my daily life. The mock interviews will help me in the job interview process. The importance of paying gratitude is helping me to develop good bonds with people.
I’ll try my best to stay connected with my loving fellows through WhatsApp and Facebook groups. I’ll continue to work on my mega project by staying connected with my mega circle members.
In the end, I would like to pay gratitude to Amal academy for those interesting activities, awesome facilitators, amazing sessions, beautiful fellows, and amazing moments. I have learned new things and above all Amal academy has given me the confidence to do the things that seemed difficult to me.
